Our story begins as an outreach to students on campus at Aiea High School in 2003. After years of evangelism and relationship, Victory Aiea began to take shape in 2012. We hosted a vision night and raised $5,000 to get started. In January of 2013, we began with monthly launch gatherings and officially launched Victory Aiea on Easter of 2013.
We gathered on Sundays at 4 pm at Aiea High School for 1 year, then had the opportunity to move to a 10 am spot at Gus Webling Elementary. Webling Elementary remained our home for 11 years. We were able to engage the community, serve Webling Elementary, and survive a pandemic during this time.
In 2025 an opportunity surfaced to partner with ROOTS BJJ. Aiea Cue, a long standing fixture in our community had remained empty for years and was available. In partnership with ROOTS BJJ, we began to gather in this space. Our hope has always been and remains to be to reach the people of Aiea, Hawaii, and the world.
